We want to address recent delays in report turnaround times and thank you for your patience.
Unfortunately, there was a misalignment between the Peregrine management team and the sole owner, Epica International Inc. Epica International Inc. has parted
ways with the (former) Peregrine management team which temporarily impacted coverage. Our leadership team moved quickly to stabilize operations, and corrective measures are already in place.
Coverage has been reinforced, workflows adjusted, and turnaround performance is actively being normalized. Patient care and service reliability remain non-negotiable.
