Update to our Case Submission Platform

We have recently updated the technology platform used for case submission.
As part of this transition, all users will be prompted to create a new account before submitting new cases. This one-time setup ensures secure access and allows us to provide a more stable and streamlined experience moving forward.
What this means for you:
You will need to create a new account the next time you submit a case.
Existing services and clinical coverage remain unchanged.
There is no interruption to case interpretation.
